The goal was to futher/better the implementation of the GoPro - Case Management system.  The institution was clearly splitt into users and non-users of the system, which lead to a clear divide in management and futher development of the system. 

A job analysis was made and by sitting with each employee and going through various steps and possabilities of the system.  The morall towards the system slowly but surly changed. Workflow increased and an added awareness towards projects and efficiency became apparent. 

Parallel to the implementation the Process Manual was made digital and through good team effort became easily available to all staff members with clear instructions of the various workflow within the entity.
