Managed the service department, consisting of 15 employees.

Participated in strategy formulation and implementation.

Conducted workflow analysis, resulting in the design and implementation of new processes in three departments.

Fully implemented the GoPro case management system (formerly used in only one department) consequently increasing its use by 640% in one year.

Provided Lotus Notes and GoPro consultation to all departments and its employees.

Performed client resignations and phone system analyses and issued reports.
